Impact Factor Update
OJ-CSYS has been accepted for indexing in the Emerging Sources Citation Index by Clarivate, and will qualify for its initial impact factor in the June 2025 Journal Citation Reports release. The journal is also under evaluation for inclusion in SCOPUS.New Special Section

Important Message for UC Authors
Effective January 1, 2024, the University of California will be ending open access publishing support through its agreement with IEEE. Funding for page charges will also end at that time, and UC authors who publish in IEEE journals will be responsible for covering the APCs.

IEEE has made new open access agreements with several institutions across various countries. These agreements are designed to make it convenient for institutions and funders to support and manage costs for authors by paying for article processing charges in advance.
