Massimo Canale is an Associate Professor of Automatic Control at the Politecnico di Torino in Italy. He is coauthor of over 80 papers published on international journals and international conferences.

Ruggero Carli is an Associate Professor at the Department of Information Engineering at the University of Padova in Italy. His research interests include distributed algorithms for optimization, estimation and control over networks, nonparametric estimation, and learning algorithms for robotics. He has co-authored more than 160 publications in peer-reviewed international journals and conferences.

Lucia Valentina Gambuzza is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering at the University of Catania in Italy. Her research interests include analysis and control of complex systems, control of nonlinear dynamics and chaos, nonlinear systems and their applications, consensus and synchronization.

Luigi Iannelli is an Associate Professor in the Department of Engineering at the University of Sannio in Italy. He held visiting researcher positions at the Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden, and the Johann Bernoulli Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science, University of Groningen, The Netherlands.

Giacomo Innocenti is an Associate Professor in Automation at the University of Florence in Italy. He is also a fellow of the Department of Information Engineering, a member of the Scientific Committee of the Technological Sciences Library and the scientific supervisor of the Cyber-Physical Systems Laboratory at the university.

Masako Kishida is a Professor of Engineering, Information and Systems at the University of Tsukuba, Japan. Her research interests include networked control systems, optimization, and uncertainty analysis. She is currently a JST PREST Researcher and a senior member of IEEE.

Jerome Le Ny is Professor of Electrical Engineering at Polytechnique Montreal, Canada, and a member of GERAD, a multi-university research center on decision analysis. His research interests include the control of multi-agent and networked systems, mean-field games, privacy and security in control systems, with applications to autonomous multi-robot systems and intelligent infrastructure systems.

Xiuxian Li is a full Professor with the College of Electronic and Information Engineering and the Shanghai Research Institute for Intelligent Autonomous Systems, Tongji University, Shanghai, China. He received the Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from HKU, Hong Kong, in 2016. His research interests include distributed control and optimization, game theory, and autonomous vehicles. He is a member of IEEE CSS Conference Editorial Board (CEB) and a senior member of IEEE.
